I used to have epilepsy pretty bad. Seizures were really bad and had to have two brain surgeries because of it. Everytime you have one you're supposed to report it to the DMV and your license gets suspended for 6 months. Most people don't report it. I always did and it is a giant pain in the arse but it's the safe thing to do.

One of my biggest fears, other than just knowing I was going to die from them one day, was having one while driving a vehicle. Scary stuff.

Thankfully I've been seizure free for 4-5 years. The longest I've been seizure free since I started having them when I was 19.

Most surpring is that none of the 500 pancake restaurants were damaged in the pileup.

My ex had epilepsy and she'd never report it. She claimed she could feel her seizures coming on . She even found a doctor to list them as "episodes" instead of "seizures" so it wouldn't show up on any medical records.
