Chargers fans are actually the worst and most dangerous fans IMO. Sure the Philly fans will spit on you and maybe even punch you but Chargers fans will stab you.
BTW to answer the original question I would fight anyone who spit in my face like that.

The fact that Philly fans are shite doesn't qualify it as taunting. Apparently this behavior is okay and Carolina or Tampa bay since their fans are actual humans.

I'm am still looking for this apparent wave. I don't know a person that waves in a manner that his hand is in the high five motion. When you wave your hand or arm move left to right. Not forward and back. Perhaps it's another NFC east thing like count fans.
