How would it improve anything? (I'm going to take care of all your stupid points though)

Is it going to improve traffic? (No, they don't work)

Is it going to affect your neighborhood or social life? (Surely you don't live where they live, or go where they go)

Is it going to affect the city's tax revenue? (They don't pay taxes, they just take handouts)

So what will that improve besides taking a bunch of people out of a bunch of places you never go?

A whole lot of racism in this point. Most of them DO work and they DO drive. They do pay taxes, but they, on average, pay less in income taxes than do most other demographics. Also, African Americans are everywhere in BR. You can't go anywhere without being around them, the better question is "why is that a bad thing"?

Careful what you ask for because more than likely, that will eventually happen. And then what will Baton Rouge look like?

I missed the sarcasm. I guess I get so used to the tards on the poliboard and rant that I can't tell the crazy genuine opinions from the sarcasm anymore.

Set up a trade-oriented high school and as long as there is compulsory attendance, set up an alternative school. That way, they can remove the people that don't want to go the traditional HS route and the people that don't want to learn at all.

Once they are gone, the remaining schools have a better chance of improving.

Loop
Expand the highway in less than 3 years
Continue building new business in b/w Lsu and downtown to make it a little less ghetto. It's an eyesore for people that visit for the first time and exit highland

This makes no sense whatsoever. There are plenty of hardworking, productive black families in the BR area. They aren't the problem. They are part of the solution.

The problem is the thuggin it and lovin it crowd

1) Fire everyone at DOTD. Top to bottom. Bring in TXDOT (infrastructure projects instantly completed 50% faster and streets will last more than 3 years)
2) Build the loop. Buy out and bulldoze anything and everything in the way of creating the BR loop.(it's mostly shite property anyhow.)
3) We will need a couple hundred acres to store equipment, resources, and create housing for the hundreds of constructions workers. That's where Denham Springs comes in. Flatten in. We'll need the space for the 'Save BR Project'. Evacuate all Livingston Parish residents to North Louisiana. This works out well for both South and North Louisiana. South Louisiana improves BR. North Louisiana gets an injection of culture so badly needed.
4) Completely resurface every street within a 15 mile radius of downtown and LSU. Every street in this radius will also be under consideration for widening and will certainly have new sidewalks and working streetlamps added.
5) Build a new Mississippi River Bridge that connects with BR loop. Setup poll stations to poll all those not traveling to BR, just around it. (That way all the Texans, Gumps, and LandMassers pay up to even visit the great state of Louisiana)
6) Once project complete. Bring in a couple hundred Messicans from Texas to start Beautify Baton Rouge project. We gonna get all the trash picked up and all parish property looking sexy.

Change the city limits to end at Plank and Airline. Rename that part Northside or something. Baton Rouge's crime rate plummets overnight.

Wait for the next hurricane to blow through BR.

Blow the levee with explosives

Red tape any progress to rebuild government assisted living as long as possible.

Baton Rouge really doesn't have any public housing projects. Everything is just Section 8.

the us against them mentality here in BR is really something to behold. You travel to many places like Houston,New Orleans ETC. and see how everyone interacts on a grand scale with each other and you have to wonder why it's that way around here. People are just so much nicer to each other in these other cities.

Change the demographics. Relocate 90% of inner city families into communities that is currently inhabited by white flight families.

Level of the houses that I deemed not livable and build modern houses in their place.

Move an proportional amount of white flight, black, hispanic families into those houses.

Branch off I-110 somewhere around Evangeline and form an inner city loop by going out toward central and tying in back ti I-12 Somewhere between Sherwood and Amite River.

Bypass B.R. by Connecting I-10 at Sorrento to Lobdell crossing the river near Plaquemine.
