Looks like everyone on the other is missing the up side to this.
There is a man somewhere out there, collecting down payments for a product/service he sells, likely in his own business. Capitalism functioning well. I try to look at the positive aspect of everything.

Tattoos are a want and there is 0 investment value. You save up and get it when you have enough. Beyond that, it is a very poor decision to put a down payment on a tattoo.
