She's been sleeping in our bed and refuses to go to sleep in a crib.
You make the rules, not your kid. Put her in her own bed and let her work it out. Kids are very routine oriented. Once the routine of sleeping in their own bed is established, you won't have any problems.

Anyone with similar experience?

Yup. Sleep for 1st 6 weeks or so is a shitshow no matter what, it gets better after that. Take it in shifts and get family/friends to help with life tasks if needed.
Pro-tip to the OP, your kid is probably too young for cry it out if only a few weeks old. We waited till around 6 months for cry it out and it worked well.

Also, read baby wise. Eat, play, sleep. Or whatever order it is.
Get the kid on a routine and track it. Eat, activity, sleep. Don’t cry out a 3 week old.

it happens.
cry out method does not work with infants. just hold her and let her sleep on you.
or get a dock-a-tot. that's what we used.

Babies cry for 2 "reasons". They are hungry or uncomfortable. (some cry when wet or dirty but that ties in with uncomfortable). They cannot be spoiled. If they want to be held, then you hold them. At 3 weeks, the crying you describe is something akin to colic. The baby is hurting. Do your best to fix the feeding issue, whether is not enough or the food is giving her colic. If she needs to be held upright because the colic is hurting her, then you hold her upright. Its not complicated. Go to doc and tell him these issues, he will probably change her to a formula or a mixed formula with breast milk.
PS. you comfort a baby anytime and everytime they cry. Period.

If it's colic or acid reflux, this stuff works miracles. Nothing else but this worked for ours when they were infants.

I picked a great partner. She had this type of shite figured out. Didn’t need to come to a message board for help raising our kids. This world is screwed.
