Padded on about 9 pounds from Thanksgiving through the Holidays and am at 214, 6’1.5”
And 65. Headed back to 205 because at that weight I feel better, can tie shoes easier, and pants fit better.

I'm 5'5" and 117 pounds plus or minus a couple. I run 3 to 5 miles a day 4 days a week and do Orange Theory classes 2-3 days a week. Used to do a lot of half marathons and boot camp classes but messed up my back about 4 years ago...Not what I used to be but feel good about where I'm at for my age.

5'11" 240.. rock solid.. putting hours in gym each week along with proper milligrams of appropriate compounds produce AMAZING results!
