How pitiful is today’s version of an Easter egg hunt?

Just drove by the little league ball fields. They have all the eggs in the right and centerfield grass. Kids lined up along 3rd base line. I guess you can’t work the fat kids too hard to get candy. Hell, just give it to them when they pull up in the parking lot.

We lived on a farm. My mother hid real dyed eggs under cow patties and in red ant piles. We worked for our shite.
