41. Been told every where from 28 to 41 May have a little to do with the gray in my beard. My daughter said I looked like a baby clean shaven...an OLD baby. Is that a compliment?

Yeah it's a compliment

28 and probably a young 30. However, the gray is coming in strong and will mess up my ratio. I manage my stress well but you can't altogether stop the toll that heavy levels of stress puts on you.
