It depends on what I'm doing. I sit probably 75% of my work day. If I sit for over an hour, I just get up to go walk the warehouse. When I'm camping, I don't sit much until the site has enough firewood, fish caught or guns shot

I never sit while LSU is playing, unless we start losing, then I’ll sit. If that don’t work I’ll change hats.

I stand most of the day while at work, perk of a standing desk. Probably sit 2 or 3 hours a day.

I ditched the desk top printer in my office just to force myself to get up more and go to the main printer.

Otherwise entirely too much sitting during the week.
