As others have pointed out, you get up to 100 weeks of comp. However, I believe that is determined by the percentage of your body burned. Once you reach a certain percentage, they give you the full 100 weeks. Best bet, call the adjuster and straight up ask. Once you get the response, if you are not satisfied call an attorney that specializes in WC claims. This will be a straight forward case for them, so try to negotiate their fee and be prepared to walk out/hang up.

Also, talk to your doctor and see if there will be future medical over the next 1-3 years; if so demand that you receive some compensation for future medical.

If it's a longshore claim, he's a millionaire. In workers' comp it's 20% of the settlement for attorney fees.
