Many psychologists who also support the popular idea that it is a neurological problem also agree that their brains are made up the same way that many killers in mobs and mafia are. Yet, we convict them pretty definitely when needed. Maybe we should just stop giving these psychopaths help.

We need to learn from the creation of Australia & enclose a high electric fence around a large area of land such as a corner of New Mexico or Nevada. Go Hunger Games style: leave some tools around along with releasing wild game. Let them create their own society & let them self destruct while watching in real time on TV/online streaming. Essentially, it's like culling a herd by way of removing the evil genes from the breeding pool. Call it Modern Day Darwinism.
