6'1" and 218 pounds.
Less than 2 years ago I stepped on a scale at a doctors appointment and read 343. fricking disgusted with myself when I realized how bad it was. Current goal is 199 just to crack the 200 barrier. I think I'll be happy staying in the 210 range though.

I never weigh myself, only at the doctor.

6’ 1/2”, 153 lbs., BMI of 21.0 yesterday
This time last year ~ 180 lbs., 25 BMI
I can eat or drink as much of anything as I want.
I’m a god, not THE God, but a god.

Same. Was 170 a year ago. Started eating better and lifting. Trying to get to 210 without gaining fat and I'm stuck at 190-192.

About 6'2" and 170-175. I've actually gained a lot of weight in the last couple years. Just turned 30. Was a bone thin bean pole for a long time and unable to put on any weight despite how I ate. Feels weird to put on a few pounds.

5”11 172...age 48. Weighed 175 when I left for Marine Corps boot camp in August of ‘88. 193 is the most I’ve ever weighed a few weeks after a minor surgery when I couldn’t do any cardio for a while.
Lifting weights 4-5 times/week has been a way of life for me since I was 14-15 years old. It’s almost embarrassingly how low the amount of weights I lift now are, but I do 2-3 sets of 20 reps on each exercise I do now.

Two years ago I was at 260.
Now I’m at 170. Want to get down to 160 to make it an even 100.
Ideal weight would be around 150. Stocky build at 5’ 7”.

A lot more than what they say I should, but as long as I can bench/squat/dead more than I weigh - it is all good. My goal in life is to not look like a pussy a strong gust of wind can blow over.

If you want to drop weight stop drinking for a couple of months. Will have more free time and energy to workout and do things. Save a little money and give your body a break. I did that earlier this year and got great results.
Plan your meals too. Committing to eating better is all about planning.

Same boat. 6'4" and was rail thin at 150-155 in 2013. Gradually got up to 170 last year then started lifting and eating healthier with a calorie surplus. 190 now. Slight diet change with a moderate amount of lifting (2-4 times per week) made a huge difference.

5’ 9” under 220. Dieting, weight training and conditioning is paying off. I used to weigh 260. I always lifted weights but my diet was shitty. Finally changed the way I eat, and I’m on my way to being beast.

I weighed 281 two weeks ago. This morning I weighed 270. I'm headed in the right direction. Type 2 diabetes will make you see the light.

5’8”. 179#.
Hover around 11% BF. Honestly the best shape I’ve ever been in. Maintaining a diet is a bitch though.
Sometimes i just wanna sit around naked on a bean bag eating Cheetos.
