If that's legit, I can guarantee you all that is for is a terrible cut. In addition to your yard looking like shite, your edges will be overgrown and you will have grass all over your driveway and sidewalk.

My yard is about 3/4 of an acre total in a subdivision.
I pay $60.00 per cut, but this includes maintaining my flower beds as well.

What kind of yard guy runs fricking contracts? Negative on that. He better be bagging up leaves, picking up sticks and keeping shite up during the winter.

My son mows the lawn. I pay him in food on the table, clothes on his back, and a roof over his head.

Sounds like he'll be well versed in communist ways by the time he moves out.

I paid a kid $20.00 to mow our lawn. We have 1.25 acres and only a push mower.
Good deal.

Lawn care guys are usually ex cons or ex cops that are whacked out on meth and pain pills.
I know one, and the dude can't stay out trouble. About to get divorced, addicted to weed, and drinks all day.
Sounds like a good dude. Think I'm going to shoot up some meth, pop a few 10mg of oxycontin, and pound some 40's before firing up the turf tiger today.

$20 every two weeks which includes weed eating and blowing off the sidewalk/driveway.

Sounds to me like he'll understand the virtues of working to provide for himself.

I pay 60 per cut for about 2 acres. No weed eating. Plus I still cut my fenced in part that is 120' x 60'.

How much would it take to get me to do it for someone else- $30
How much I would be willing to pay someone else to do it so I wouldn't have to- $10
So probably $20.

In Lafayette, the going rate is $40-50. That includes the weed eating.

By the time you add up what you have paid someone to cut your grass over the course of one year, you could buy a bad arse self-propelled mower and cut it yourself .. That is really how I view paying someone to cut your yard ..

I view it as what do I value more, my time or the money? Same as with having my groceries delivered. I'm willing to pay someone else to do certain things for me so I can have my time.

That's a typical excuse for someone who would rather sit on their arse and watch tv. Willing to bet you aren't worth as much as you're pretending to be. Js
I know very wealthy men who enjoy maintaining their lawn.
