BR, NOLA, Denver, Kentucky, Denver, CO Springs, Laffy

At least 10 times in college/grad school and summer stints in Alaska

BR, BR, BR, BR, Lafayette, Lafayette, BR, BR, Lafayette, BR

5 times as married adult, w 2 being within the same city.

So 21ish?

I'm 37. Got out of the Amry after 7 1/2 yrs and 1 of my reasons --- so I could quit moving around so much....

Monroe, LA Nov 2003 and we moved to a rent house....(2 moves)

Packed errything and moved to Bossier City Sept '05 to Sept '06

Moved back to Monroe, LA Sept '06 to Sept '08

Got a good job in Ruston, LA Sept '08 so we moved.

Moved again, still in Ruston 2012. (6)

Lived in that home until Aug 2013.

Applied for a better jon in BR. Got it and moved to Denham Springs last Aug.

We've moved 7 times in 11.5 years.

Before that it was a bunch.

I have my fingers crossed that we'll get this home we're trying to buy in Denham and hopefully stay there at least 5 years.

I counted it up one time and came to a total of 37 different apartments and houses I've lived in. But I've been bouncing around for more than 40 years, so this probably isn't too unusual ofr us human pinball types.

We just bought a house that we are hoping to launch the kids out of.

And yes, when you have the money, pay someone to move you. It's worth it

Moving is so fricking miserable.

I hate moving with a passion. I haven't done it much, as a result.

only twice since I moved out of my parents house in 1998. Three times if you count moving out of parents house.

Since I left my parents house, 20 times. Just moved again this past weekend, maybe just for the summer.
