Before I go to bed. I see no sense in showering after I've slept in clean sheets. If I cut the grass or do something sweaty during the day, then I'll take an additional one. Always before sex. If you take one in the morning and not in the evening before bed, then you say you're going to bed dirty right? Who wants sex with your nasty arse?
