I go to a small gym where most everyone knows each other. I'm assuming she notified the owner because he let us know someone got it.

No idea. Have yet to go back. Fat and soft, yes. Weighing all options, however. Got to get back. The mental facet, more than physical, is the reason. Always has been so. Running is not doing it, but that's surely because I'm so off (I'm fartlekking like a person who just discovered previously unknown legs).
