Guess that is just something I was never curious about.

Last year, my wife and baby got sick. He slowed on the teats and her left tit swelled causing great pain. She stays at home so we didnt own a pump. Anywho... i found her in the shower crying....milking herself. I shite you not, I got in the shower and sucked a teatful for 15 minutes. I will say, I spat each mouthful on the shower floor and only swallowed residual fluid.

It was a wierd night.
