I'm at the office maybe 40 hours a week, but I only work 10-15 per week. I'm an ad writer, in my 30-years career I've averaged maybe 10 hours of work in a typical 40-hour work week.
That's just the way it is.

I do 84 per week for two weeks, then 0 for two weeks.
Same, except I do 84 for 4 weeks then 0 for two

he works 84 hours a week on average for an investment firm in Palo Alto. Said he eats all 3 meals/day at the office (as in, his assistant orders him food and he eats it as his desk, no going out to lunch or dinner with people from the office/clients) and sleeps there most nights.
So he's an adult.

Figures. That's the slogan of your worthless generation.
Hungry again, troll? Didn't I just feed you a heaping portion of your own embarrassment?

Does anyone else find it extremely ironic that almost all of the 60-80 hr a week responses were posted in the middle of a work day? I just found that funny.

Eh. Smartphones are pretty wonderful devices.

80 to 90 sometimes more, very few times less.

Seventy five minimum, anything less than sixty is part time if you're an adult.

Okay, so you're AT work for 60-80 hrs. You certainly don't work 60-80 hours. You of all people should know that being at work isn't the same as working.

I wish, I would make more money. My wife and I have a store and I have a renovation business.

84 to 98, usually 7-12's until turbines fault.
I work 4 weeks on and 1 week off.

Pretty much how it goes, but 5 am start and off 5 pm. Work 4 weeks straight with a week off. Always have an awesome week off with your wallet loaded.

Not enough money out there for me to work that much

Had a friend of mine intern as a safety tech last summer in the field. He told me all the workers blow all of there cash on their week off on drugs and strippers. Not sure if that applies to y'all, but I still found that hysterical.

I am in that field as well, and I see it all the time.
