I SO consume whatever Mrs Owlfan buys me on that given night at the bar.

Depends on her day at work.. sometimes nothing.. sometimes a bottle of Red followed up by a hot tea w/ bourbon before bed..

Apparently you the SO and have consumed enough to be drunk already.
Me SO is a responsible enough adult to not consume too many drinks. We don't regulate each other. Sometimes one of us has one or two too many and the other always steps up to be the responsible one for the both of us. Seems that most people handle things this way.

My so/wife drinks one to two I drink 3-6 depending on the day
