When I saw tool perform, Maynard wasnt even visible for most of it. He was behind the band.
Big concerts are second rate for quality of music, I stick to studio and small venues.
John Prine with 400 people was perfect.

So many times during the tour she has been on stage and spotted things in the crowd, i.e. fans needing assistance, worked talking security to said fan into her song, and then got right back to the performance without skipping a beat. It is absolutely insane to watch.
Last night the roomba (lol) malfunctioned during Who's Afraid of Little Old Me and if you didn't know it was supposed to keep moving the whole song no one would have even known, her and her dancers handles it with pure profession.
I personally liked her little Jack Sparrow-esq walk down the stage instead.
