It's wild to me how quickly people get charged in other places. Maybe it's just high profile stuff that prosecutors get onto it that quickly.

Why did Michigan sit on this for so long. They knew for a month or at least that’s what I heard.

It's called a psych hold because he isn't deemed mentally stable yet. It's not because of racism like that ESPN dude was saying.
