depends on how big your gas tank, the load you put on it, the size of the engine...or is it Propane? etc etc etc

As long as they gave a fuel source, they should run

I think the manual says to change the oil every 50 hrs or so. If you let it sit for a min when you refuel it you should be okay. But if you’re out for a few days, won’t hurt to change it probably at least once a week

Depending on model I think the oil needs to be changed at about 8 days if running 24/7. A 500 gallon propane should last about that time was well based on what a friend told me

That is between oil changes. I would recommend shutting it down after 12 hours of run time to let it cool. Also check The oil bc they do burn oil. (Air cooled Gen run at 3600rpm)

Mine is almost a year old and was serviced a few weeks ago. Hoping it runs until the power is back on

Rest it for 1 hour every 24 hours of continuous run. Top off the oil
Completely change the oil and filter after ~200 hours

Knew some people that stayed for Laura and had a whole home Generac so maintained power the whole time. Their gas bill was over $1,000 the following month
