Frozen was the first step. It's about time gay kids have a disney children movie they can look up to.

I don't get this. I didn't get any gay vibes from Frozen.
Enlighten me.

I'm wondering who would be triggered more by this.

SJWs, social conservatives, or psycho Disney moms and their Cuck husbands who piss away all of their money on that place.

I'm going with option C.

Princess/Princess would have great cartoon porn spin off to go with it!

You know, it's pretty gay to sit around thinking about gay cartoons.

Just sayin.

Yeah they will and it will truly alienate their biggest fan base.

Further away, Disney relies on parents which are almost exclusively heterosexual to take their children, it would be a diaster at the box office. Don't get me wrong for they would love the praise they would get from the cultural elite but in the end it's a business.

Frickin this right here. As much as they would love it, their entire business relies on heterosexual parents and their children. A gay movie would sink at the box office and set Disneys reputation back a lot. All the medi praise isn't worth the money they would lose.

Just to be clear, heterosexual parents outside of the Deep South do not give a shite about gays anymore. Producing a film with a gay couple, especially two girls wouldn't make much noise outside the far right circles and the Deep South.

Not a feature film, but Disney/ABC owns Once Upon A Time and they have a current love story between Little Red Riding Hood and Dorothy from The Wizard of Oz.

Once Upon A Time is a great show. They've had several lesbian characters, although the word "gay" or "lesbian" is never used. Mulan is also a lesbian on OUAT. They deal with it as they would a hetero romance...not a big deal in their universe.

I'm sorry that it is hard to grasp, but parents on the east and west coast simply don't care. I may have slightly overstated for some of the Midwest and Flyover Country, but overall a large majority of parents in this country simply don't care about the issue anymore.

It's pretty well known that frozen is about coming out of the closet

You're the first person I've ever heard that from. The main characters are sisters and one of them has a male love interest. Nothing in the movie even remotely implies that Elsa is gay. I suppose her having to hide who she is could be construed as being in the closet, metaphorically speaking of course.
