How long before country of origin or “Made In” labels are deemed racist?

Surprised these haven’t been cancelled considering some countries are known for making far superior products than others

Depends on what political power can be gained from it. If there's political power to be had, then yes. Otherwise, it won't happen.

It’ll only be racist if it says “Made in the USA.” Anywhere else will just people being proud of their country.

“Made in Thailand” clothing is currently superior to “Made in Laos”.

Jury is still out on my Vietnam clothing. The 2018 pre-pandemic Vietnamese britches are quality. The 2021 Viet styles seems a little cheap.

Don't be dumb.

Some people don't buy products made in some countries because of unfair labor laws and pay. IF you ever hear anyone say that to you, you simply say you respect the rights of workers and refuse to buy shite from countries with unjust labor practices and the labels help identify those products. If they still claim that, then they support poverty in developing countries. Simple.
