How is this commercial allowed on TV?

Imagine a TV commercial where various older gentlemen are picking up various awkwardly bent cucumbers, peppers, carrots, and other vegetables.
What do you think they are trying to sell here?
Well if you guessed a treatment for peyronie's disease, then you would be correct?
What is Peyronie’s disease?
It is a disease where your penis is curved and there is away to straighten your arrow.

Nothing is sacred any more on TV with the ads. ED, incontinence, vaginal yeast infections, douches, medicines with side effects touting anal leakage, gangrene of the genitals, etc.

My all-time favorite is the one for the Schick Hydro Trimstyle. It's too good-natured and funny to be disallowed. In contrast, the Peyronie's disease one is totally lacking in charm, and charm goes a long way.

Prior to this, they were running commercials for Dupuytren's contracture. I figured it was just a matter of time before they moved from the palm to the penis.
