a) something with a handle like a kettlebell?

b) something squooshy like a bag of concrete?

c) something struggling like a brat of a teenager?

d) and does a "punt" count as good as a "throw"?

In the shape of a kettlebell? 15-25 feet. Depends on how angry I am.
