Standing in the bleachers, I could probably put one on Sheffield Ave.

Standing at home plate, it would be the hardest hit bunt EVER.

I could probably blast it over the wall, 1 time out of 7. I have good rotator cuffs, shoulder, back, and hip muscles. It sure does help out my golf game, at any rate.

My signature text should give you an idea of how far I would have hit the ball in 1974. Hit them from both sides of the plate. Coach would let me bat left handed after I'd hit at least one HR right handed. Caught a couple in a perfect groove left handed that went the farthest.

I have a line-drive swing, so I don't get 'em up in the air much. I did give up the longest softball shot that my teammates had ever seen a few years back. Went over the light pole in left center, and looked like it was still rising. SOB should have had an in-flight movie.

Subtract 100 feet from every OT baller's answer and there you have it -- half of the actual truth.

If I swung a bat right now my body would disassemble itself.
