Lowe's and Home Depot love natural disasters. The Lowe's on Millerville was the #1 store in the chain for quite some time, until Depot in Denham opened back up. Problem is they never can find enough staff to handle the increase of sales.
Between our flood last year and now Texas, I would be real nervous buying a used vehicle or camper anytime soon.

Some of you MF'ers are paranoid. Yeah some sketchy used car dealer in the hood will do this and sell the cars for $3,500, but 90%? C'mom man, tell me what other conspiracies you believe.

I have a friend that got hired on at lakeside Toyota after Katrina. They were hiring anybody they could get their hands on because of the demand. He cleared 100,000 in his first 12 months despite no previous experience.
