Hamas has claimed part of the weapons they are using were sold to them by Ukraine. I don't know enough about weapons to know if they should be believed or not, but they did share a video of weapons they claim were from Ukraine.

Hamas came out publicly thanking Iran. So Biden gave Iran billions back, a few weeks later Hamas attacks Israel.

We had a decent conversation on this in the main thread yesterday. It isn't as simple saying that Iran getting this money led directly to this attack, it isn't even realistic. It is also a simplistic view to say that this money, or rather the negotiationa surrounding it, had no impact on the planning and carrying out of this attack.
That money, in some form or fashion, will 100% have an impact on this war going forward.
