How does Chik Fil A have better more efficient workers?

Prety sure they have some type of thing where they help pay for students tuition. Also if you work there like 10 years or something they give you your own store to manage

Notice there is always atleast 2 managers in the FOH micro-managing the employees. Keeps the riff-raff out and I'm sure they aren't afraid to discipline/Fire people. They prolly go old-testament in that mofo.
