I'm not sure what's worse, him being a stalking clinger or his punctuation. Both seem to be on par. Then again, English has never been my strong point so pot meet kettle in this instance. But at least I'm not a 42 year old stalking clinger who can't let it go (but it appears as though the OP has let it go multiple times on the ex's old lady

Ignore the substance, what little there is, and focus on the construction.
Edits mid word. Cross outs only to spell the word incorrectly or just to go in a different direction.
The initial focus on line spacing that becomes increasingly haphazard.

the most shocking thing is that he accepts a draft with scratched out words
