I'm actually between A and B. It doesn't strain my knee as much as A and it gives my junk a little more room to breathe than B.

Like others have said, whatever feels comfortable at the moment. Usually A until my leg falls asleep or knee starts to hurt then B.

I'm just a medium sized white guy with a barely adequate package and if I try B I'll crush a gonad. I do have pretty muscular legs from bike racing, maybe that's why.
B just looks feminine anyway, so pass.
