How do you help your Neighborhood?

I am about to move to a new place,triple everything that we have now. Underground gun and guitar room shite like that.
The neighborhood that I am moving from,it's rural,a lot of rental property,trailers and such.I have 1 neighbor that I guess, something is wrong with him that other people can't see.
His sister is a doctor,and she pays his bills,he just stays there. He's a nice guy though. The other day,I/m out walking with my mutt and he wants to crap on new ground,so we end up at this persons trailer.
he is there banging on a piece of crap guitar,it's got a clothespin adapted for a nut,but he has people singing with him. I walked over and sang with them a couple of songs. The next day, I walked over there and gave him 2 guitars,not great ones but playable.
Tonight,they have a band over there,and sounding really good.

my uncle does own the oldest place though,and he is a commercial fish guy. upscale for me.

I help my neighborhood by cutting my grass, bringing in my garbage can when emptied and staying the frick out of everyone's business. I live in great city and community as well. No crime and good people.
