I prefer HNIC or Pharaoh. I've heard both of those.

Pharaoh would be awesome.

Was in a heated conversation with a friend of mine. From nj. Liberal blow hard. And I guess I said In passing something to the effect of its not because their black. And he jumps on me about how I've said racially fueled things before. Hell. He might be right. I just don't like lazy pieces of shite. Work hard and pick up your end I have no problem with anyone.

Agreed. I just hate trash.

Trash crosses all economic and racial boundaries.

Are you typically wearing a suit when this occurs?

Jeans, tshirt, 3 days worth of stubble and a beard.

I dress like an absolute bum when not working.

Hardly hear that but I would just say hi! But, a local Habeeb owned convenience store seems to have instructed their employees to say thanks with this phrase, "Thanks Boss and Thanks Chief". Kinda weird but okay!

There's a difference between being ashamed and being proud of something that isn't an actual accomplishment.

I have some older black guys that work for me. In our spare time we play bouray and shoot dice. We get alone great.

Heard it most of my life and even called that as a kid. As some have said, it's a term of endearment or at times to me, a greeting or an icebreaker.

How do you feel when a black guy calls you boss man? by Rando

always been pretty common to me so I don't give it much thought...believe me, folks wouldn't say that to you if they didn't feel comfortable around you. I generally see it as a sign of acceptance.

now, on a few occasions I have taken it as sarcasm, etc....the last time it pissed me off was when some smart-dick white dude was waiting on me in a restaurant. every time I'd ask for something, he would reply with "sure thing boss man"...lets just say his tip was diminished...
