Ice water. I don't know how much but it's one of the first things I do when I wake up and I'm constantly refilling all day. I used to drink more coffee and iced tea but it seems like I'm getting more sensitive to caffeine as I get older. I don't care for it much anymore.

I had a jerry can installed on top of my head like this with a shunt into my gut.



I only have to fill the can about once every two weeks.

I've tried doing 100 ounces of water per day and I could never do it. I'm just never THAT thirsty. I physically had to force myself to drink it and I hated it.
