How do you confront a hoarder?

So a good friend of mine is moving out of his three bedroom apartment he shared with two other people. One of which is a girl I used to work with and know pretty well. I go over there to help him move. The place stinks.
I peek into her room. Trash to the fricking knee. Covering everything including the bed. She also just found out she's pregnant from a one night stand from tinder. Her grandma also died this week. She's keeping the baby. I feel like she is unfit to be a mother. At 22 she can't even take care of herself. This room is disgusting. I feel like she needs a good kick in the arse to get her shite straight.

It really is infuriating. I actually got them to move in when I was still living next door. The landlord is a really nice guy. I can't believe how she is disrespecting his property.

She's clearly got a mental issue and I'm sure she's aware that it's not normal and I'm sure she doesn't enjoy living that way.
But because it's a mental issue, she can't help it. It probably gives her incredible anxiety to not hoard.
So nothing you tell her is going to help because her mental issue is not logical and she knows it's not logical and you cannot just try to talk to her logically about it.
She needs professional help to work on solving her problem. I don't know how to get someone to take it upon themselves to go through with seeing someone.
