if your looking to get rid of it...
settings>safari>clear history & website data
that should do it
edit:
then, go to advanced (safari tab @ bottom) > website data>remove all website data

It's not safari, it's the newsfeed app

Next to the Buzzfeed title header on the right side should be two hearts. Highlight/click the one w/ the line through it. That will get rid of it.

I actually just looked this up so that I would stop getting CNN stories.
Just below the headline on the right, there should be an icon that looks like this:
Click on that. At the bottom of the pop up, there should be an option that says "Dislike Channel"

Throw it in the lake. It's all fake news.

Buzzfeed is almost as bad as CNN.

Finally figured out this method last night to get rid of Huffington, Vox, Buzzfeed, CNN, NYT, Newsweek. You actually have to open the article, which feels dirty. Then click on the "Buzzfeed" title header at the top, then you will have the option to dislike all articles from this source.
BUT, you also need to dislike "Trending" channel because Google still tries to subject you to leftist propaganda this way.
