Our neighborhood is probably 30%-ish non-white. It's grown slightly since we moved in well over a decade ago. I just need the neighborhood to keep staying quiet, people to not park in the "skreet" (especially the wrong way), not park on their lawns, etc. for another decade (retirement).

I am the only cracker in my own house. I am outnumbered three to one. My neighborhood only has three minorities in the 200 house development......of course they all live in my house.
