had a weird situation at work once. about 2 years after I had been at this job the guy who was more senior to me quit/was asked to leave...he was a much older dude probably mid 50s with grown son and daughter in college...he was still married happily...well when he left all of his emails from clients got forwarded to me to follow up on in case any sales leads fell through the cracks. I get one from the corporate sales group to follow up on...I open it up and it is an explicit love letter from some chick he met and dated a few months earlier on match.com...there were details about their dates and an apology from her for not being ready to commit to something more serious at the time...it made me sick. I had no idea what to do with it so I emailed him and said, I don't think this is business related but its from so and so and asked him if I should trash it...he says, ,no go ahead and send it on to me.

Um there are right and wrong ways to handle a situation and he handled it the wrong way in my opinion. Sending a tape to the guys wife and ruining another family?
Yea, it's not the cheater's fault that his family was ruined. It's the guy that sent the tape to the wife. The pussification of America.

quote:i think there are a lot of situation where authority is abused. its not just pastors. the female equivalent is high school teachers
Understood. There are many exceptions. The reference about the poster whose pastor stole his wife was not an example I just made up.
quote:again. i think its not just church. its any authority dynamic with abuse of power over someone weak minded....
Let's be honest, there are pastors that have molested children so every broad general rule has its numerous examples of specific exceptions.

I would imagine that a lot of whores have never cheated on their spouses. Okay, that might be a stretch, but some probably haven't.
and i have no clue what to say on this comment....

Take her for granted and see how "in the clear" you are.

i dont necesarily agree with this as the man in my cheating story a few pages back was the only man i ever dated that we went to church together
It humors me that people think if they pick their SO up at a church they will somehow be more loyal.
People are people. Just because they show up at sunday worship doesn't mean that they cant be selfish bastards.

my office manager left town for a week. our bosss had the it guy send all messages to me while she was on cruise. the married dude she was banging (she was married) emailed while she was on cruise.
she cornered me upon her return. i told her i knew nothing. and that no matter what anyone ever accused me of i knew nothing. i knew the dudes family personally and just didnt want to get involved.

she once brought it up when she was sad and they broke it off... and she wanted to cry about it to me. i looked at her and told her i didnt know what she was talking about.
That was december 2010. i went on interviews january 2011 until i got a job. i knew nothing good would come of that situation.

Had my suspicions. Friend of mine was a PI. He bugged the phones for me. The whore went to Mexico City to meet up with some guy she worked with from Seattle on pretense of a *required* weekend business trip. Another friend of mine worked for American Airlines. He found her ticketing info.
While she was gone, I moved everything she owned out of the house, shoved it all in a storage locker I rented for one month. I changed all the locks on the house. My PI buddy got the guy's personal info. Married. Two kids. I made an audio copy of all the phone conversations between them and overnighted the CD to the guy's wife. Then I drove to Dallas and went to DFW Airport. When she came out of customs I was there. She was shocked. I dropped the key on the floor in front of her, handed her the address and locker number, told her all her shite was there and don't bother coming to the house. It was a pain to drive there and back, but the look on her face when she saw me and realized she'd been busted was priceless.
The next day she called and was screaming mad because the Seattle boyfriend's wife got the audio CD!
Boo frikity fricking hoo. frick all of the cheaters.
LIKE A frickING BOSS!!!!

More loyal than what? Your sentence just ended.
"more loyal than a girl they banged at a biker's rally?"
What are we comparing?
I'm not putting Church down but when I go out looking to get laid, it always involves a bar or party with booze and never a Church function.
That may just be me though. I've never had a one night stand leave early in the morning for Church but that doesn't mean it couldn't happen somewhere or that she is or isn't a cheater.
