Reminds me of my niece. Pretty girl in the face, but grossly overweight. It doesn’t take much effort to lose weight. At that age, if they’d just exercise, they could eat just about whatever they wanted. Offered my niece an all expenses paid trip to Disney if she would run a 5K in under 11 min miles and she wouldn’t do it.
