How can I make my Somalian refugee co-workers feel welcomed?

Started work in Noel, MO. The entire town is Muslim Somali. How can I let them know their Sharia Law won't work here?

That Noel Plant was shitty back in the 90's I cant imagine how shitty it is now and full of pirates!
