Congrats, you have perpetuated the cycle of oppression for the very people you claim to care about. So they were shooting in a public parking lot dressed in tactical gear with automatic weapons all the while holding Missouri DL's and they were not part of BLM, ISIS, AL Quaeda, or whichever terrorist organization we are dealing with today. Were they playing "Militia Sunday" and it just got out of hand? I guess you're going to follow this up with "they were good boys with checkered pasts.." Yes, many blacks have been mistreated around the country, but we have not had an issue in this community until these entitled, lazy, punk movement types decided to come in support of a JUSTIFIED HOMICIDE contrary to what you and they will ever admit to. Sadly the one thing I believe these movements will accomplish is create an entire generation of WHITE rascists and that's a shame because that is the one demographic that was starting to become color blind.

My FB feed has people speaking out against the shootings. Even people who don't trust the police.

Take it for what it is worth, but it is a fact that a lot of retired law enforcement officers from big cities are retiring to states like Idaho. I was reading not that long ago that over 50% of LAPD retirees from the force move there. There is a reason for it.

That article says of black people, black women are more educated. It's not all races, moron.

I volunteer in north Baton Rouge, and I've said several times that what I see first hand, as a white guy there, is black leaders telling everyone to respect everyone, pray for everyone, try to be understanding of everyone.

I'm sure there are pockets of hatred out there but locally, this city has love and hope right beneath the surface. If a race war starts, it won't be in Baton Rouge, Lord willing.
