For those of you with experience or knowledge of this procedure, who in Houston would you recommend?
I don’t plan on looking at yelp or any other bot-driven rating service, I’d rather come here and ping this trustworthy band of heathens

Multiple specialties (orthopedics, plastic surgery, neurosurgery) do carpal tunnel decompressions. It is a pretty bread and butter procedure, difference in the "best" and everyone else will be minimal.

Whichever doctor the poster had himself, that’s the doctor he will claim is the best, regardless of any comparisons whatsoever.

It's a carpal tunnel release, it doesn't really matter who you go to. Unless you are looking for something specific as there are multiple ways to do it with no one way really being better in the long term (ie. open vs. mini-open vs. endoscopic vs. US guided).
Any hand surgeon does hundreds of carpal tunnel releases a year. Just pick one.

Not sure where you live or your insurance but…
Melissa Arief - Methodist Woodlands
Korsh Jafarnia - Methodist West
Alan Rosen - Methodist Willowbrook
Nicholas Fiore - Cypress area
All of these do endoscopic

Michael Brown died but he had some awesome commercials with his 10th wife.
That’s all I got.

Good luck.
If I ever would bang Dr Hinojosa (who is a Houston hand surgeon) odds are pretty damn high that she would say I was the best.
