iPhone alarm
Blackberry alarm (work phone)
Alarm on the night table
Wake up call - set at 30 minutes before iPhone alarm time.

OCD is no joke. Most early mornings (before 6:00) I set all the aforementioned methods.

Wake up call and request a follow up 10 minutes later just in case. That's it.

Depends on what the situation is? I usually just use iPhone alarm and may request wake up call if I have to be up to catch a flight.

I'm low maintenance.

Often I wake up before the alarm though. At home and on the road. Generally because im pretty good about going to bed about 8.5 hours before I plan to get up. Usually end up sleeping about 8 hours and I'm usually up before the alarm wakes me.

My watch alarm is all, and I always wake up before it goes off anyway.

I don't use alarms at all. I can wake up on time without one.

I am not that heavy a sleeper, so I just use my iphone alarm. I do not put it on the nightstand though, I leave it on the desk by my computer so that I will have to get out of bed to turn it off...

1. Just my phone. Less than when I stay at home. I don't get fully comfortable staying in a hotel, so I wake up really easily.
