If that's true he is a monumental dumbass. The biggest hospital in a 50 mile radius sits directly across the street. Almost always law enforcement right there.

The UA Police Department is directly across the street. ETA: Reminds me, back when I was in school, I used to turn on the scanner while I was writing papers and shite. One night, this wannabe gangbanger drove up to an apartment in Rosedale, stuck his left hand out the window, and emptied a magazine into the place. Afterwards, he fled south on 10th Avenue...directly toward the police department HQ. When they cornered him, they found all the casings - which had ejected into the car - and he, of course, claimed to know nothing.
