How do they all afford going down there from Houston, Chicago and Atlanta? My wife and I work our butts off just to barely afford going to Gulf Shores every two or three years!

Air travel is as cheap as bus travel right now.
Speaking with people who have been to vegas recently it’s certainly impacting tourism clientele out there and other places.
