Flapping their gums second-guessing the decisions made on whether or not an evacuation should have been ordered and complaining about the response up until now need to STFU and get their own asses out there and if they're such big shits then use their influence on the ground actually helping citizens in trouble or at least providing support to those providing SAR and relief to the people.
NOW is not the time to be second-guessing those officials who are actually DOING something.

Yeah let's evacuate 2 or 3 million people... to where? Maybe they should have set up tent cities out in the desert somewhere.

Agreed. These guys/gals on Fox are bleeding over this issue like they are CNN liberals.

They're making a big deal about it because the Mayor is a democrat. Low IQ people see what they're bitching about and agree without knowing what a clusterfrick it would've been to evacuate Houston.

Should've evacuated the coastal towns, but calling for an evacuation of all of Houston metro area would've been a major clusterfrick that would've left thousands of people stranded in cars on the highways as the waters came up.
I remember what a mess evacuating NOLA was in 2004....12 hours to BR, 19-20 hours to Houston. And that was with 1/6 the population that Houston metro has.

I agree. Now is not the time.
Common sense would have been, if your house flooded in our last big flood, you should probably leave.
