It’s not open labor. The first thing that happens when the workers arrive is their passports are taken. They have no free will once they arrive.
Are they forced to go? Beaten and chained?

Yeah I got that. I was asking if there is a similar pic view of how HK was right before the china take over.
Every major city in the world is totally different today than in the 70s, so not that big of a surprise. I find the difference of before/after the take over as more "newsworthy" for a thread topic.

Our cities developed a lot earlier so most of ours are decades old. These cities developed in the past 20 years

So far, people in this thread have posted cities from China, Canada, and Mexico to show their growth since the 80’s.
Is it a coincidence that those happen to be the 3 largest trading partners with the United States since the 80’s?

Pleasantly surprised at the praise the Communist Party of China is receiving.

So everyone knows about this but them? BTW, my experience is that Indians And Pakistani outnumber everyone else at least 5-1.

Are the pictures of fire bombed Tokyo and bombed out Berlin a joke or serious contributions? I lol’d though.

A little of both to be honest. I was looking for Panama City, Panama and came across them. Yeah, I know it's pretty twisted, but very interesting as well.
