I doubt most blacks in America are even educated enough to actually thoughtfully consider any of the points that you brought up. That’s a real shame that they aren’t.

The change would have to come from within. Black culture would have to start embracing things that help people to advance, such as education, industriousness, working to maintain and improve the neighborhoods that they currently live in rather than letting them fall apart, rejecting drug culture, etc.
